How do I place my survival flowers on the monument? I have one... But I have no idea how to put it there... Please halp?

There should be two links under the statue. One for kissing and one for laying flowers.

Just make sure you have the right kind of flower and everything.

Go to Interact tab at the top of the screen, then to Explore, it's in Centropolis. ;)
